Suppose someone buys a movie on blu-ray that comes bundled with a UV digital code. He redeems the UV digital code and then resells the disc without the UV digital code to someone on ebay. He does mention that it does not include the UV digital code in has listing. According to US law is it illegal what he did, reselling the disc without the UV digital code and redeeming the UV digital code for himself?
