Only $5!?

lol I know that sounds greedy. At least we're getting something right? More than what the other studios are giving.

Now to buy it on release date, or wait for the inevitable FS ironPack this winter....?

It isn't really something when it just drops the price to be on par with other new releases (i.e. $29.99).

I know. They usually give $8 for new releases and $10 for upgrades. I wonder would we get a lower value one for The Incrediblea.

Wait if you can but you will probably end up paying more in the future.

Ya true... thing is I've stopped paying over $20 for new blu's. In the past, all Disney movies have been $19 or under with the coupons, and I didn't mind paying that at all....
So this $30 price tag is a little steep for me unless I'm buying some limited set.

The IronPack is worth waiting for.

In fact, I have used Disney coupons for the IronPacks before.

$5.00 is pretty small for a discount, not that I'm complaining though.

There must have been some corporate decision based on the quick removal of the NAUSICAA coupon as well.

I have it preordered from Amazon with the $8 off, bringing my effective cost down to about $26. I'll still probably cancel the order since I can't bring myself to spend over $20 for a movie. Trading in over a hundred DVDs to Blockbuster for $4 each helped me put a movie's real worth into perspective. I'm still hopeful that Bestbuy will offer some Reward Zone bonus points to bring the effective cost closer to $20, but I'm doubtful.

I'm still sitting on my amazon.com order with:

Tangled 3D Blu-ray $29.99
Shipping & Handling: $7.98
Your Coupon Savings: -$8.00
-----
Total Before Tax: $29.97
Estimated Tax To Be Collected: $0.00
Import Fees Deposit $2.64
-----
Grand Total: $32.61

This works out to about $28.85 Cdn + taxes

I'm not sure if i'll cancel it or not but I don't know of a better price in Canada yet. I wish I would have combined it with some other items to bring down the initial $5 of the shipping fee but the $8 deal was so long ago there was nothing else listed on amazon.com that would have worked.

Can't you add items to an order now and offset that shipping price a bit? Not that there's anything there you're interested in now, but I know I've done this to my US address in the past.

You would have to combine orders from what I know and it has not allowed me to combine orders on the website at least for a long time. I used to do that all the time on amazon.com a few years ago.

Hmm. I guess I'll be passing on this one then. I too don't like spending over $20 for a blu, no big deal.

I don't mind this, but Retailers need to bring there price down.

current futureshop/bestbuy 34.99 for the 4 disc

Was hoping for at least a $8 Coupon.

Canadians should get a better coupon then the states. our Prices are way Higher then theres

If the coupon is only $5, then I'll probably just get the regular Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack since it will still be cheaper than getting the 3D one with the coupon. I really have no use for the 3D copy of the movie (my interest in 3D is minimal at best, and it's going to be a good while before I upgrade my TV to another one, 3D or not), and I don't need the digital copy.

The only 3D Blu-Ray that I even own so far is A Christmas Carol, and only because the coupon for that one dropped the price down lower than buying the non-3D combo pack.

I got the same deal, so I'm not too worried. I don't have to drive (gas money) to go get it either.

Where are you getting this notion it's a $5 disney coupon?. From the flyers I read, the $5 off is the store knocking $5 off the price for the first few days (zellers, toysrus, etc). The toysrus flyer which someone again threw out, said $5 off for three days + tangled coupon. I think it showed a price of $22.99-24.99.

I'm quite certain the disney coupon will be $8.
