Default Too good to be true?

Hi!

I have finally decided which amp to buy, and my choice is the Denon AVR 590 or the 1610 (apparently they are virtually the same product).

I was browsing around, with the reference price of $349 (Amazon) for the 590, but it seems that with a coupon I could score the 1610 -including shipping- for $293 at a store called Electronics Expo.

I almost ordered immediately, but then remembered that what seems too good to be true, happens to -be- untrue most of the time.

So I am here asking what you guys think of the 1610 (I have a 40Gb PS3, possibly upgrading to a slim or another kind of BR player in the future), and especially if anyone has ever ordered anything from Electronics Expo and if they are reliable ?

Thanks !!

I don't know much about the 1610, but I have ordered several things from Electronics Expo and never had any problems. I remember getting a very good price on what I had ordered, as well. They are a legitimate company.

Default A Believer

I have ordered from Electronics Expo. I just received my AVR-4810ci from them a few days ago and got a great deal using a coupon (WS901X3807) that brought this $3K receiver down to just over $2200.00 delivered. I still can't believe it but it is true; it came as advertised, brand new and they are an authorized dealer. This receiver rocks!
