Default Error on Trick R Treat packaging?

On the back of my case it shows 4 different options for audio but when selecting the audio while watching the movie there is only 3. In the movie it also says nothing about it being Dolby TrueHD, it only has English, Spanish and French to choose from. Is it an error on the packaging and the English option is actualy the TrueHD or did I get a bad copy with no TrueHD?

The English option in the menu is for TrueHD. Old WB titles used to have separate listings for the lossless English TrueHD and the lossy English Dolby Digital 5.1 - both were individually selectable from the Audio menu. New WB titles now just say English - if your player is able to decode TrueHD, the TrueHD is automatically used. If your player is not able to decode TrueHD, the lossy Dolby Digital core is used instead.

This is similar to the way audio tracks are encoded on titles from other studios. On Sony, Paramount, etc titles, there is only one English option - not separate ones for the lossless and lossy tracks. WB just chooses to name the track 'English' instead of 'English TrueHD' in the menu, that is all.
