Investigation Discovery - what episode was this?

Did anyone watch that episode about a guy who was suspected of shooting his brother in the back of the head close range with a desert eagle pistol in his house.

From the moment he called the police his story was that his brother committed suicide, but the forensic team said the bullet entered the guys skull from behind, & the gun was placed on the guy's desk behind him with the safety on. He said after his brother shot himself the pistol fell on the desk from the recoil & the gun fell such a way that the safety turned on by itself.

I only watched up until the defense, which was building pretty strong, as the victim had a history of suicidal behavior etc.

Just want to know the verdict if anyone saw that ep?
