firmware upgrade for Pioneer BDP320 - Blu-ray Forum

I read that this unit has 2 to 3 second pauses between layer changes on standard dvd's. Has the latest firmware upgrade solves that problem? Also has that upgrade cut down on the load times?

This is not standard for all DVD's. It depends on how the DVD was authored. I think 2-3 seconds is quite uncommon, but may happen.
