Amazon Giving Weird Discounts

So I placed an order for several BDs, and Amazon mysteriously gave me 10% off + a $5 discount.

The weird part was that when I toggled it to Super Saver Shipping, all those discounts disappeared (and then re-appeared when I switched back to standard shipping).

Is this happening to anyone else?

EDIT: Hmm, I tried this again with a few different movies. After toggling back and forth, this time I was able to get Super Saver shipping and the $5.00 off.

First one was Watchmen, Gone with the Wind, 500 Days of Summer, Inglourious Basterds, and a Killers concert BD.

Second one was Interview with the Vampire, BSG: The Plan, and It's Always Sunny Christmas special.

Also, just got it to work with African Queen and the Hangover.

EDIT: Looks like the glitch fixed itself. I can't get it to work now.

Out of interest, I encountered this earlier too. I ordered these:

Inglorious Basterds

and ended up checking out with two additional $5 promotions applied that I had know clue about.
