I can't explain the logic behind it but, for some reason, I just LOVE this movie.

My BD collection (0ver 750 discs) is heavy with horror, cult and classic films. But Looney Tunes: Back in Action seems to strike a chord with me.

Well Joe Dante (Gremlins, The Howling) did direct this…

Very underrated. Kinda surprised it is getting a release.

Instant buy for me. Not only is it a great modern take on the Looney Tunes, but it's Joe Dante's take on Looney Tunes.

The fact that it's Joe Dante directed has me convinced. Plus, I'll take any Looney Tunes we can get-even decade old LT.

I've always preferred Space Jam, but I've only seen this one once. Might have to give it a re-watch.

The film that successfully killed Joe Dante's career as a studio director.

It's Brendan Fraser and Looney Tunes characters directed by Joe Dante, what more could you want?

Plus, the animation supervisor/director was the great Eric Goldberg (of Genie from Aladdin fame)!

Yessssss! This is great news indeed. The movie appears good and fun, but I haven't been able to get into the flow of it despite multiple viewings.

Yes!! Finally! I grew up watching this movie and love the looney tunes. I'm surprised no one mentioned the Jeff Gordon cameo at the casino in the movie.

Haven't seen Small Soldiers and didn't like Explorers.

I do love Back in Action, though.

If seeing Solders for the first time as an adult, you probably won't like it as much as you would have younger.

It was actually my first Dante film, seeing it at age 4 (my second was technically Gremlins, despite not finishing it until after I saw Looney Toons).

I've said it elsewhere but with WB's deal with Paramount, I'm hoping for an Innerspace/Explorers double-feature. Might as well kill two birds with one stone.

You might like that. That would be very disappointing to me. Don't want Explorers.

Luckily, I think WB's MO is to do them separate and pair them up later after the individuals have run their sales course.
