Well I just bought a ps3 and a 40' Bravaria. I bought the HDMI cable to maximize my picture quality, but I dont know what to get for my audio...does the HDMI cable affect that also? Any help is appreciated to make my money reach its full potential let me know if there is anything else i should buy... thanks

Yes, HDMI is your best chioce for audio as well.
That is the sweet thing about HDMI, everything is passed through one cable. Enjoy your HD!!! |

Get a decent set of speakers and a HDMI receiver - something like the Onkyo 605 - and you're set.

Hi, I also recently bought a ps3 and 40 inch bravia, I was wondering if and when I buy a decent speaker set up - am I better off using the optical cable outlet for it? Or just sticking with HDMI?
