I've never even heard of Viore. I do know a lot of the Sanyos I've seen in store don't look all that great.

I know you don't want to go over your budget...but to get more bang for your buck, consider:

Panasonic - VIERA / 42" Class / 720p / 600Hz / Plasma

yeah, a bit more than what you're looking at...but you get 10" more, and quadruple the contrast resolution!

Money well spent.

wow that is nice but its for the bedroom, and its sitting on a 37" wide dresser so 42" might be to big, im thinking 37" would be max

What do you think about these 2

VIZIO 22" 1080p Class LCD HDTV - Black
http://www.target.com/VIZIO-1080p-Cl..._qi_detaillink

or 4" more

Dynex® - 26" Class / 720p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV

My father-in-law bought the 32" Vizio and it looks great for the price. He couldn't buy a bigger set because it had to fit in his old CRT TV cabinet. He is very happy with it.

I'm in a similar situation just looking for a cheap TV for the bedroom. I'm going to try (and I recommend) grabbing the 32" Westinghouse LCD from Target on Black Friday, only $246.

I know there is better out there but for the minimal bedroom use it will get for only a couple years, I see saving money now as the better option.
