Up - Region B release? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi there!

Does anyone know if a Region-B or an All-Region release of Up is happening any time soon?

God knows when it will finally be released on Blu in the UK, as it was only released at cinemas in October and we are really keen to get a copy on Blu in time for Christmas.

Cant wait.. The French version is out December 16th I think, so you could have it before Xmas if you are willing to own a copy with French box art!

I have the empty USA steelbook so it doesent matter to me about the box, What other sites are good apart from Amazon.fr to get it imported to the UK?

You can also buy the Dutch/Belgian version, released on the same date, at www.mediadis.nl.

Or simply take a region free player and get the USA version!

I imagine the UK release will be in Feb 2010. This will be about 4 months after theatrical release (about average for a cinema-to-home release) and will probably coincide with the kids' half-term.

I have the region 1 standard-def dvd which looks good anyway, so can't wait for the Blu-ray version!

I looked on imdb and it seems the Spanish version is "up" just like the English version. However, I was wondering if anyone knows how Disney trailers are on the Spanish ones. I don't want to put the disc in and find that its forced Spanish at the beginning.
