Region-C Forum Rules and Regulations

Due to the increased number of incidents that have occurred in the Region-C section of Blu-ray.com, the following rules and regulations become effective November 22:


1. Members, producers, content owners and industry professionals wishing to participate in the discussions held in the Region-C section must maintain a level of civility in accordance with Blu-ray.com’s general rules and regulations. Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension of posting privileges by the site administrator.

2. Bashing and use of ill language will result in suspension of posting privileges by the site administrator.

3. Registered or visiting producers, content owners and/or industry professionals performing parallel promotion on the site will have their posting privileges suspended by the site administrator (example of parallel promotion: www.name-of-business.com /team).

4. Members attacking visiting producers, content owners and/or industry professionals in the Region-C section will have their posting privileges suspended by the site administrator. If a member of the forum wishes to criticize the mastering, production, or business practice of a third party, the member should do so on the third party’s site/forum.

5. Members concerned with labeling issues or incorrect tech specs listed on announced/reviewed titles at Blu-ray.com must address them in the proper section of the forum (Feedback).

6. Members insulting fellow members (using ill language, inciting forum fights, and, specifically, attacking members who may not be well informed about Bollywood and its film industry) will have their posting privileges suspended by the site administrator.

7. Members who attempt to transfer dated and/or pre-existing feuds from other forums in the Region-C section will have their posting privileges suspended by the site administrator.

8. Members who produce direct or indirect racial remarks will have their posting privileges suspended by the site administrator.

9. Members spamming the Region-C section will be banned by the site administrator.

10. Members promoting illegal downloads, directly or indirectly, will be banned by the site administrator.
