gohastings.com order question (you gotta see this pic of what I received)

Well, I ordered 5 blu's from gohastings.com recently with the sale, here's the thread. 4 came within the week, and the last one just showed up today. I don't even know what to make of this, because it's kinda funny, but I'm also kinda pissed about it.

My question is, how does gohastings get their used products, and why the hell did they send me this? WTF is this?! The DVD case is in some jenk ass shrink wrap, and it's not even fully sealed. The green line on the back of the case on the left side, it's got a piece of tape over it that runs from top to bottom.
