Free Disney Blu-ray Birthday - Blu-ray Forum

Im sure this has been posted before but I did a search and couldnt find it. But I just wanted to mention how AWESOME it is for Disney to send a free blu ray on your birthday. All I have to do is pay 2.95 shipping. Im guessing it works for all Disney Rewards Members.

To make this worth discussion...what movie did you guys select for your free movie?

It's undoubtedly a great promotion, and I chose Meet the Robinsons.

Thanks for the reminder! They sent me an e-mail on my birthday (about 3 weeks ago) and I just took another look at it. (Obviously I didn't act upon it right away.) Unfortunately they only give you 5 to choose from; I already have the ones I want, and I don't want any of the others (not even for the cost of shipping). Then again, I might just order one anyway and give it away as a gift......

Oh thanks for pointing that out. Sorry about that. Didnt see it. If a Moderator could lock this or merge it into there that would be cool.

I just chose The Game Plan. Not a bad idea by Disney. Makes my birthday all the better!

Yeah I loved the promotion I choose The Game Plan for my movie. Pretty good movie better then I thought it would be.

I chose National Treasure, I agree great deal! It sucked that when it arrived the case was cracked but I guess you can't complain since it was free.

My Account Information (Canadian address) does not include a box for birthdate, so there is no where to add it. Was it an option only when you first registered, or does it only appear for US addresses?

My B'day is today, and in my email box was a code from Disney to get a free movie(1 of 6)..I chose National Treasure as well...they did charge me 2.95 for ship. 8-10 week wait? Geez! But when I recently used my bonus points, I got George of the Jungle 1&2 combo free and it shipped out fast.

They say 8-10 weeks to cover their bases, but everyone reports getting it within a week. My birthday/redeem was 12/22, I didnt get it yet, but thats because of all the holidays...

I'm in Canada and received the free blu email. Account details have an area for date of birth when you sign up, but you can't alter it after the fact. Rest assured that your birthday is on record.

Not all members receive a free blu. It's a random promotion.

Some members miss the email. Not to worry, if you were randomly chosen there will be a banner in your account details for a few weeks. If you think you may have been missed, check there.
