Pre-wire help!!!!!!!

so my friend is buying a condo and wants me to hook it up right, so heres the plan.

2 lcds in living room
1 lcd in guest rom
1 lcd in master
1 lcd in master bath
1 lcd in guest bath
1 lcd in kitchen maybe

heres the equipment so far

1 ps3
1 hd dvr box
2 hd box
1 power conditioner
1 reciever unknown
1 n64

heres the wiring plan, from a central location run 2 sets of cat 6 cable to each main tv and use monoprices hdmi over cat 6 wall plates. use one of monoprices 4x4 matrix to be able to control all devices on each main display. the bathrooms and kitchen will just be coax. also running cat 6 for ir repeater in all rooms.

so do you think that sounds good? im also wondering about the n64? the n64 controller is only 3 wires. I was thinking of running multiple speaker wires to a jo box in te living room near the couch & buying some controller extensions & making custom wall plates at both ends. that way the n64 can be in the equipment rack but you can still have your controllersin the living room! does that sound like it will work? I will alo be pre wrng for 5.1 or 7.1 te living room.

i also plan on runningca6 evywhere so the home canen network.
ANY SUGGESTIONS???????
