Ever had to return a BD for a replacement?

I received my copy of The Green Mile from Amazon.ca yesterday, but around the entire edges of the digibook it looked like the case had been badly scraped and was all white looking because paint or whatever goes on the case of a digibook was removed.

Anyways I submitted for a replacement copy and I'll send the blemished one back on Monday. I wouldn't want to be overly pick but this was a pretty significant imperfection that was very obvious so I figured I'd get a replacement.

Have you every had to return a movie because of a damaged or messed up case/disc etc and get a replacement?
