Default Power ratings

Is there a website that compares AVR power ratings(stated vs actual)?

I don't think you will find one site that tests every single receiver. However, I rely on UltimateAVMag as a good site for reference material, especially their power rating tests.....

In addition to the link Forsberg provided, go to Post #2 of Master List of Receiver Review Thread. There are many receiver review links there.

Also, to fully understand the meaning of power ratings, read A Guide to Amplifiers.

Big Daddy has a sticky for damn near everything.

If you don't find the receiver you are looking for, try to google the model of the receiver and the words "bench test". Works sometimes.

Also quite often a model wont get tested if it is the same basic model as the previous years with upgraded features. I couldn't find a test on the 3808ci Dennon and was amazed because it is such a popular receiver and held in high regard. But... it has the same basic power stage as the 3806 from the previous year. I googled that and got my specs.

Sound & Vision magazine is the only one that I have seen that shows the actual power output with the different numbers of speakers driven. They have a lot of receiver reviews available on their website. It is amazing to see the differences in manufacturers as to their rating verses the actual. 99% of receivers produce significantly less power when driving all (5 or7) speakers than their rating.
