I have decided to purchase a new TV after the 22 inch one I had in my room broke. It was aa philips HDTV with up to 1080i output. I of course plan on getting a blu ray player too. I have heard the best way to watch blu ray is on 1080p. I viewing distance is only a few feet, 3 at the most. I just wondered if it's worth spending extra to get a 1080p TV or just stick with a 720p TV. The 1080p I was looking at was the Sony - BRAVIA / 32" Class / 1080p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV for $599.99, but if I wouldn't see much of a difference with my blu rays on a 720p, I will just get one of those for much cheaper. Any advice on what I should do would be great. Also any suggestions on a TV for a good price would help.
