Does anyone know how this German release compares to the French BD?

Is it truly uncut?

It contains the uncut but shorter International Version, and the longer Original Version as a hidden feature.
I don't own the French release but I was impressed with the German PQ.

Please take note, this German release does have the longer 88 minute version as a hidden feature but it's from an SD source and is German dubbed with no subtitles.

Just a warning for those wanting to pick up this release up just for that, otherwise the standard 86 minute version looks pretty nice so I'm pleased enough with it

I have this German release of Anguish, but does anybody know if there is a way to shut off the subtitles? I select the English dubbed version and can not turn off or find a way to turn off the subtitles. Other than that the blu ray looks really good. Thanks.

A bit late, but, you can't seem to turn off the subs from the disc menu, but if you use the subs menu for your player you can switch them off.

Watching this with the 5.1 track. The front channels absolutely leave an impact, but I haven’t even heard the rear speakers 10 minutes in. Not sure if that’s how the mix is supposed to sound or what.
