Default Audio drop out?

I have a Pioneer bdp 320 and the rest of my system is in my sig but i love it and have had no problems but the only sd dvd i have watched on it is Lord Of the Rings Fellowship EE i have noticed quite a few audio drop outs that i have not ever heard when watching a blu any clue what this could be and has any one else experienced this?

When was the last time you checked to make sure that your player has the latest firmware?

About a week or so ago when i got the player. I havent check it since then, i will try that and see, if not im not sure what it could be.

Firmware didnt need updated and now it drops out on blu ray, im watching HBP

I would think it would have to be the Blu-Ray player and not the AVR b/c it doesnt do that when i watch dish! I am going to hook up my old Panasonic back up and see if it does it or not.
