Default Audio dropouts in Slacker Radio with my Sony N460

I experienced 2 audio dropouts today with Slacker Radio with my Sony N460 blu-ray player. These audio dropouts last about half a second. My blu-ray player is connected to my Yamaha RX-V765 receiver through HDMI. Anyone here having audio dropouts with Slacker Radio?

It sounds to me that Slacker Radio is rebuffering the online audio streaming signal.

I'm beginning to think that something is wrong with the connection of my speakers that is causing the split-second audio dropouts. They happen not too often during Slacker. I played a CD in my blu-ray player and didn't get any audio dropouts. I played Slacker through my TV's speakers and didn't get any audio dropouts. I played Slacker through my headphones for 25 minutes without audio dropouts. When I was stripping the speaker wires, I broke some of the copper strands off by accident. I'm using Monster XP 16 gauge speaker wire. I'm connecting speakers using quick-lock banana plugs to the receiver. I can't keep returning receivers and want to try fix the problem if possible. I also have been audio drop-outs in my Xbox 360.

Okay I now have a Denon AVR-590, and I still get the occasional split-second audio drop outs during music listening through Slacker Radio. I even am using new HDMI cables. This has happened only while listening to the Holiday Hits station in Slacker Radio.
