GI Joe Digital Copy Replacement Code? - Blu-ray Forum

My computer froze last night as I was downloading the DC from GI Joe...I know those codes can only be used once. Any advice? I contacted Paramount's CS through email...

Worst case, I could always exchange the whole thing, I suppose.

Any help is appreciated!

Did you try the code again?

If you were downloading in iTunes, try this:

Open iTunes and select "Store" from the top of the browser
In that menu, at the very bottom, click "Check for Available Downloads"

Since you've already successfully entered the code and begun the download, this should restart the download.

If, however, you chose the Windows Media download, I can't help you.

I had an issue with GI Joe as well. After I redeemed the code for the Windows Media Player option, it started transferring, and then my computer said it couldn't read the file from the disc.

So I went to Paramount's digital copy website and emailed what happened. Took them about a week to respond, but they gave me a new code. I then chose itunes this time and it worked.
