TRUE BLOOD SEASON 2 BEGINS JUNE 14th, 2009

Well, True Blood will be starting in less than two weeks, and I for one am PUMPED, I just finished the first season up and have to say I was hooked from episode one. Well anyways, I think people who like the show and will be watching the second season should all come together in this thread to discuss the show, theories, anything like that.

I'm somewhat disturbed with how much I'm looking forward to this new show/new season.

I know my wife and I finished season one up and looked at each other like, I can't wait that long...

Plus the 14th is her birthday and we should be getting home from dinner right in time for the start of the show (either way my DVR is already set up). At least I'll be busy all day, and able to keep my mind off the "V"

Who's the girl helping Tara and why does she know Sam?

Who did Bill feed off of?

Who is in Andy's car?

Gonna check out the promo when I get home. They had a special over the weekend on HBO recapping the entire first season.

I was thinking maybe a shape shifter but I don't know. Pretty weird when you sit in a chair, start vibrating while staring at a pig.

On the true blood facebook group it shows a new intro opening for season 2.

I really liked the season 1 song and opening.

I started this thread because the other thread seemed like it was geared more towards the first season blu release. I searched to see if there was any season 2 threads and didn't find any. I just wanted to make it easier for us fans to talk about the upcoming season. So come on in and join the fun...

That's much darker with a little NIN going on. I've heard the 2nd season is a lot darker so this would match up.

The link works and I must say I am not thrilled. I loved the opening in the first season... this just doesn't have that gritty down south feel that the first had, and that high pitched scratching noise, probably will sound horrible on blu.

I hope they listen to almost everyone on that site and NOT use that intro. Stick to the original.
