I have it - you can check my gallery - it is mounted on a 60" SXRD. No problems. I didn't use the sticky tape that secures the feet to the back of the tv. It is pretty solid. Holds up to 30 pounds I think. The only thing I did was use a couple of the pads they give you with speakers to go under the front feet so it wouldn't scratch my tv.

thanks for the info

I don't have any more pads, would stick on felt pads or rubber "leg" pads work?

PS love the dog

That looks like the one I have. I don't need mine anymore, though, since I upgraded from my 50" DLP to a 58" plasma, for which it won't work.

I did the same thing as dg5150 -- no tape, just the pads. Worked great!

Oh, and I would think using felt pads or rubber pads would work fine.

Yes I do -- Pics in my Galleries (June & July 2009) - I did use the sticky tape myself. This mount works perfectly fine on my 50" DLP & I've had it for 6 months now.

That would work fine I think - but radio shack sells those pads, too.

The dog is Sheba- she is the princess of the house.

Lol I had a crash when I tried to mimic this without the actual stand. I've got a 50" DLP, and a big center channel speaker. Original plan was to stick it on top, mount it up with a pole attached to the back of the TV. Worked for about two weeks, then it crashed down behind the TV breaking a couple HDMI cables off, and the cable coax. It also ALMOST went through a window right behind the TV.

Solution, I made some stands for the tv, raised it up high enough to get the speaker under the TV, and set it on the entertainment center.
