Saw this up for pre order at Amazon UK. Looks neat in that you can combine various functions.

Well post when you get it in here. I wonder if it works with any PS3 or if there is region locking.

It's probably not "Region Locked." The technology is still a USB based interface. That should work with any PS3 in the world. The problem is that Amazon.co.uk won't ship it to North America. That's all. I experience the same thing with Amazon.com shipping to Canada. They won't ship technology and/or video games to me. I have to route those purchases through someone in the U.S.

If you know someone in the UK that is willing to buy it for you and ship it, that's what I would do. But, I'd rather have a unit that is Bluetooth. That's the only thing keeping me from finding a way to get my hands on this item.
