Red face I Am Legend: UCE - Packaging annoyance, anyone else?

Okay...now I know this is not a big deal, its a minor complaint really. Nothing to care much about or pay the least attention to but..........

Am a bit annoyed with its packaging, the front flap of the case will not close properly and it automatically tends to open whenever you have the set standing. It's super annoying since the contents from the inside such as the booklet and such could fall out anytime soon.



I still say that for the $8.55 I can live and deal with it, but still....it's looks pretty choppy like that.

The packaging is exactly why I didn't order this when BB was giving it away. I ordered the regular version instead.

Lol yeah that was the only option I was left off with, but damn it'll be too ghetto-looking on such a nice set, ya know? I was thinking if WB had used a velcro it would've been the cherry on top to a great looking set.

mine closes perfectly my box had a bend in the back about half way down so i wasnt too happy with it either but its ok i guess. i also have the wizard of oz collectors set and it closes perfectly

try cutting a little circle of black velcro, it works great, i've done it in the past with some dvd sipcovers

Thank you for the advice man Im on it.

Also I was thinking, you know the little transparent sticky glue circles that come attached to most BD releases, which usually holds an artwork flyer? Where do you think I can find those at?

Nothing new. A discussion about the DVD logo on the spine of the Blu-ray edition packaging went into talk way back when Warner first released pictures of the set, it was clearly a misprint.

huh. My came with a damage corner but I would still take it over the regular one at the same price.

I think Best Buy was mad and decided to treat them like trash. Oh well.

My package came in fine shape. Maybe you can have them send you a different one? Amazon's customer service is good like that--not sure about BB though.

Its in fine shape, the only problem is that the flap won't fully close. I doubt BB will send me a different one when mine has already been opened and it's already a bit too late for a return. Thanks though

Best Buy will accept in-store returns and exchanges as long as you have the invoice from the shipment.

You have 30 days as a regular and Reward Zone member customer to do the return/exchange while Reward Zone Silver Premier members have the luxury of a 45 day return/exchange window.

Thank you steve, funny thing is that absolutely no BB offers them within a 30 mile range around where I live. I even went for a visit up north Florida and while I was vacationing I decided to pay a visit to a BB store that was 10 minutes away from the hotel I was staying and they had absolutely nothing as well. Just cause the flap opens a little is not a big deal, I can still manage. Just that I find it a bit annoying. No biggie in returning it, I'd probably get a worse one, jeje.
