Very funny movie and have been waiting a little while now. Has anyone heard of a Blu-ray release for this awesome comedy?

Appears that the German release is Region Free

Transfer does look noticeable superior to any DVD release

MGM seems to be sending out a lot of their catalogue releases through retailer-exclusive waves, and I keep hoping this one will be part of an upcoming batch. ;-)

You can tell this movie was made in a different era of cinema history, pre 21st century

- there is no CGI
- no need of 3D
- actors doing what they are suppose to do
- a interesting story
- a director that keep things flowing smoothly
- results is a entertaining movie

Yes, this would be a great little comedy addition. Actually saw the live action play based on this movie...very entertaining!

Already on Blu-ray from Hong Kong and it's Region A. Best to buy it from DDDHouse.com Excellent service except I haven't bought a Blu-ray from there yet. Just DVD's.
