What movie. . .?

I just got through watching The Thing and it reminded me of a movie I saw where a group of people were isolated in the arctic(?) and there was some type of virus(?) held in a vial where it had to be kept cool. If you got infected, you became very angry and violent(?). Some people were willing to give a blood sample to see if they were infected, some weren't willing, so others thought they were infected. Some people were locked up because everyone thought they were infected.

This description might not be entirely accurate, but does anyone know what movie I'm talking about?
