As the title points out, I'm not sure if my problem is my TV or AVR. I might get in a little trouble if I double post.
How it is connected: I have comcast cable and I am using an HD box model: RNG110. Comcast HD box is connected to my Denon 789 via HDMI -> To Samsung HDMI. Here is the problem: When I want to watch On-Demand, I goto On-Demand, I mostly will pick 'HD On-Demand'. Once I finally make my decision on what I want to watch and click the button, The screen goes black and I get 'No Signal' I have to turn the Denon off and back on to watch what I selected. Can someone give me an idea what this could be or have they had the problem and fixed it. Troubleshooting that has been done. (1) Connect the Cable box directly to TV and it works fine (2) Switched the cable boxes from my other TV and it continues only with the Denon and Samsung. |
