Blu-ray transfer quality ratings - Blu-ray Forum

so i went through the movies listed on this site that are out on blu-ray and i noticed that many of them have very few, if any, viewer ratings attributed to them. as new blu-ray owners, such as myself, step into the deep blue sea of available movies with questions about how good the video/audio transfers are, i think it would be helpful to all of us if we got the number of reviews kicked up a bit. call me crazy but there are a ton of people on this forum that could contribute. there are numerous threads on pq and aq and so on and so forth but threads fade into the forum abyss whereas reviews and ratings are logged and will perpetually serve as a helpful consumer tool. so with that being said...i'm on my way to review the blu-rays ive seen...

I have noticed that not many people do reviews, I think that I have review many movies that never had one and continue to only have my review. I know that some people had either rented or own some of the movies, so it would be great if they review the movies they have seen.

I'm rating them over at DVDSpot right now. Should be easy to transfer them over later if needed.

it seems to have become an epidemic...so just bumpin this up there so people are aware of this feature so they can take advantage of it and help everyone out in their purchase decision making.
