Default Blade 2, 3, Final Destination 1-3, Scary Movie 1-3 announced for Nov.

E1 (formerly RCV entertainmen) has "announced" the release of some exclusive titles. After Blade also Blade 2 and 3 will be released. The first three Scary movies will be released as well as the first three movies of the Final Destination trilogy.

No specs have been announced at this moment, but it will probably be bare bones releases with a 1080 codec and DTS HD MA. I will not be more specific for the resolution/codes, as it appeared some of the titles released this month were 1080i and/or 50hrz. More to come...

For next year the Scream trilogy is announced.

Not too worried about the specs, but it looks like all of these will be on my list to get as I've owned all of them on DVD before.

Not yet. But I think they will be in a short while. Free Record Shop.nl or Mediadis.com.

You also can check the European webshoplist in the Hot Deals part (region B).

In Holland a Final Destination 1-4 box won't be available as the first three movies are distributed by E1 Entertainment (formely RCV) and The Final Destination is distributed by Warner because New Line is part of Warner now.

So you won't have to wait for a box unless Warner decides to release a box of all movies in the US.

Cool titles... Just hope RCVs BDs will be better than their DVDs.
I mean, the DVDs always had this cheap look and feel to them.
Like I have 'Blade' 1+2 in this "value-pack", all messed up with promo-quotes and stuff. -_-
It's not just the artwork, just he whole way it's made and stuff.
Just weird... cheap... can't help it...

yeah but why wouldn't they release it in the UK if Blade 2+3 will come out there?

Alliance seem to do their own on some movies and others if its already done then they port but alliance are not the best.

EIV are not the best in the UK but own distrubiton rights to all newline films in the UK and they buy the US warner encodes so when warner gets round to doing the movie disks then EIV will most likely release them soon after.

EIV have release one movie before the US (Inkheart) but that it seemed warner had an encode ready to go.

However, 48.99 Euros is alot for this trilogy, that works out at £45.00 in the UK which is alot for a 3 movie set, hopefully the price drops down at some point, otherwise I'll wait for the other set, though I would prefer to get it asap.

Are the releases likely to be simmilar in content?
