So I ordered from there before, no problems.
This time I placed an order: (all blus) The Quick and the Dead Terminator 3 Highlander Immortal Edition Steelbook They sent me an email stating that the Highlander steelbook was discontinued and they canceled my part of the order. Then I emailed them stating I was canceling the rest of the order. And what do they do? Charge me and ship the rest without replying to my email. This is completely horrible customer service. I sent them another email after my "order" was dispatched stating the package would be refused or returned. And I will call my CC company and get a charge back. Why do they do this? All it does is waste time and money (their's and mine) seeing as now they paid to ship it, I have to wait, then I have to ship it back. UPDATE: Now I get an email saying that they were unable to cancel the items before they shipped. (I believe they call this "Bollocks" across the pond) I have to return the package when it arrives then wait until it gets there to get my refund. This will probably be the last time I order from them. They fully received my email before shipping and decided to ship it anyways hoping I'd just keep them.
