Default Not satisfied with my 32'' LCD TV

My Sony 32 inch LCD TV is not producing images as clear, crisp and detailed as as a 46'' inch LCD TV I saw at a showroom. This is bearing in mind they were showing the same Blu-ray I've tested on my TV.

I think my LCD TV is two years old and is only 720p. Mind telling me what features my TV is lacking because I am insanely jealous with what I just saw today.

depending where you saw it, the display could've been professionally calibrated.

What model of the Sony TV did you have ? . I had the Sony 32XBR1 (720p)and Sony 32XBR9 (1080p) in 2 bedrooms, and both produced outstanding picture quality ...

Mine's a 32S400. The Sony model I saw was a 46X something. If it's not X it's Z.

S series is a decent model ... should produce great picture ...you may want to use one of the A/V calibration disc to make the adjustment ... I used the 3M LCD disc ...

The 46" you had seen in the showroom is a 120hz motion processing system. This type of system has a dramatically different look, some love it, others dislike it. This is probably what you are seeing.

Sounds like it's time for a Panasonic plasma.
