3:2 Pulldown not available on my Panny 54G10? - Blu-ray Forum

Everyone talks about how great the 3:2 Pulldown is on the panasonic sets, but it's not even a selectable option for me...it's shaded out so I can't go to it...

has anyone else had this problem before?

As far as I understand, 3:2 pulldown is automatic in pretty much all tvs. If it's not in 24p mode, it always defaults to 3:2 pulldown. Of course, unless you are playing a video game which runs at 60hz, where then it will be 1:1. But all of this modes are always automatic in all tvs, 24p is the only one you should worry about.

I'm sorry I worded that incorrectly, I meant to say that it is selectable, but grey'd out....and "off"...

even when I set it to 24p and had 24p content like the Panasonic rep told me, I still couldn't select it..
