Sign in problems - Blu-ray Forum

So my friend got a new PS3 Slim. We copied all of his data onto an Ipod Classic. We plugged in his Ipod Classic to his new slim and transfered everything. All of his data shows up (saves,trophies) but for some reason he cannot sign into his PSN. Whenever he does it says "Cannot sign into using another users account"

Any ideas whats not working?

Tell him to deactivate his old Playstation. Thats most likely the issue. Its under the Preferences on the PSN store I believe.
