Default Speaker reccomendation

Looking to replace my speakers except my Energy C-300's

They are currently being utilized as my Left and Right, However I see them being used a rears alot. Therefore you can reccomend new Left and Rights. I also would like reccomendations for a new Center.

Price would be about that I paid for the C300 (I would say $150-$200) per speaker, Lower is better

As far as a center, I am putting the LCD on a wall mount, so an option I see used alot is a tower speaker as a center (this is an option I would accept)

Originally I was going to just get the entry level energy speakers, but as they are all but sold out everywhere, I am needing something else to do that magic.

Options, order another C300 as a center?
RC-10's are rear?

Crazyblue has a third tower as his center channel and he says it is absolutely wonderful. You will get perfect imaging and all you front speakers will match as sounds pan across from LCR. Your crossover can be the same for all 3 too. There are lots of advantages for having 3 identical fronts.

As far as the rear speakers the RC-10 would be great, or try the RC-minis too.

I have seen a C-C50 center channel on ebay for $94, it may still be there and you could jump on that if you are interested also.

I would not wait on this. They are extremely hard to come across.

$130 for the C-300 Shipped, or $130 for the CC-50 Shipped. What would you do?

well the C-300 will give you better dynamic range and if you can fit the C-300 into your setup that would be the way to go, however where are you going to have the receiver, blu-ray player, and other components? Typically they are right in front of your TV, if you can move them off to the side it would be great.

As long as you can make the C-300 work, that would be the better buy. If you can't then the C-C50 will work great for you too.
