I am looking at buying a Onkyo TX-NR807 for $650 is that a good deal? How good is this receiver?

Also how true is that power on this receiver? It says 135 watts per channel, how true is that? Any problems with this model? Please give me your thoughts on this deal. I know it will be a step up from my Sony DG720. How is the sound quality?
