I won a Bravia from Sony once. On my birthday, no less. All for answering some trivia questions, as part of a contest they ran online, when a new Buzz game was being released on PS2.

I was hoping to win a copy of the game. When I got an email saying I was the grand prize winner, I couldn't believe it.

I'm 24 and haven't won anything significant...Ya..I've won $5 @ a Casino and a few Bingo games when I was a kid but that's it haha. Well then again I did win Rangers tickets @ MSG but I couldn't make it due to a snow storm..but that's still not anything that significant..You won a TV..that is awesome! lol.

I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that a member of our community won.

I've won a couple things: a Dyno BMX from an art fair raffle as a kid and $60 off a lottery ticket I scratched a year or two ago, it was a Christmas stocking stuffer. It never hurts to try.

for those who don't know there was a news story on this site about it a week ago i think. universal is giving away packs of 4 movies to people who win their contest. you enter by becoming their facebook friend.

and i win stuff but at a price. yesterday i was almost late for work, forgot my lunch, my passenger side mirror was destroyed by the car wash i went to, my mail wasn't delivered because someone blocked our mailbox for the 3rd day in a row then i open my email and get this email saying i won the contest. woooo
