According to this guide, it's NOT region free.

I don't see any kind of region id on my copy of Romancing the Stone.

I know the second one is locked and i'm pretty sure the first one is too.

It's Region A and the letter is right by the 20th Century Fox logo at the bottom of the back.

You can always order the dutch versions which work fine on UK players, That`s what I did and they are both excellent blu rays.

I only checked the first link Bol and they seemed to have it.

I only wish they would release point break and road house in Europe or Australia.

i ordered my 2 from mediadis but they don`t seem to have any left.

the transfers on both films is really good, in fact romancing the stone blew me away.

there really isn`t any need to wait for a uk issue unless you have a major problem with the films synopisis being in Dutch which is on the back cover.
