haha, point taken. Just trying to say how much profit did they make? Did they even make a profit? Is $5.1 billion even noteworthy or is it just a relatively big number thrown out there?

Ya we won't know that until their report comes out at end of Sony fiscal year. My bet is they were slightly in the red for the gaming division.

Right, and their fiscal year ends March 31 (so the Annual Report probably won't be ready till May). Their 2008/2009 AR however doesn't segment videogame financials by region so the numbers might be hard to come across unless Sony willingly releases them.
