Default Any word on a 2nd generation player from Philips?

Has anyone seen anything regarding a possible second generation player from Philips? They seem to be the lowest profile company so far, as far as their first generation player and lack of current updates are concerned. The BDP9000 (which I have and like very much by the way) has gone very much under the radar since it's been released.
The reason I'm asking is because even though I like my BDP9000, it's not without faults and first generation bugs. If there was a new player on the horizon from Philips (call me a fanboy!) with all the latest bells and whistles and none of the quirks of the BDP9000, then I would very much consider getting it and I would probably pass on my current one to someone else in the family.
