Default Terminator 3 poll

Do you enjoy watching Terminator 3. I love the terminator movies and tv series and I really enjoy this movie. But many people seem to hate it and I don't know why. So just curious.

My two main reasons:

Yes you could argue he is a robot and simply intimating his surroundings, much like the "**** you *******" (Terminator) and smile scene in T2.. but these two scenes were just too stupid.

The fact he puts on the glasses, then takes them off, shows he knows they were a stupid pair of glasses... makes no sense he would put them on in the first place.

Just watched this the other day. I really enjoyed it. Not as good as the first two, and some of the CGI is bad, but otherwise really enjoyable.

I like the film very much. A lot more than I liked Salvation.

It's my least favorite of the Terminator series, but I do like it quite a bit despite a couple of stupid moments (namely those shown above).

I liked the movie, I thought the story was very appropriate to continuation. John Connor was a teenager in T2, so it fit his character to be an adult in this film. It followed the plan of the two previous versions: Good Terminator vs Bad Terminator. I enjoyed it.
It wasn't excellent, but as Christopher Nolan once said, how many third sequels are very good?

I think it gets too much hate. I really enjoy watching it, though it's obviously not as good as T2, it's much better than Salvation.

As a film in general? Yeah it's good fun. As a Terminator film? Just doesn't do it for me. Too much stupid stuff in it like the above..plus the Dr Silberman dude in it just thrown in for "oh it's him from the first two films" yeah like he just so happened to be in the area at the time

T2 is my favourite film of all time so it was always going to be hard to match it. T3 has a nice ending though I'll give it that

And I don't particularly like Salvation either, for me the Terminator franchise ended with T2.

T2 was awesome.
Actually it does follow the Terminator formula, because we see John Connor all grown up in T3: following on the events of T2.

It was kinda light hearted, not as much gore as T2. Its not really a bad film, but it wasn't great either.

I did not love Terminator 3, but I liked it a lot.

I won't reveal any spoilers for the uninitiated, but the ending is ace. I'm glad that the filmmakers showed some backbone and delivered that conclusion.

Kristanna Loken is one of my favorite women, and she was lovely in the movie.

The crane destruction scene is incredible.

What was my favorite thing about Terminator 3, though?

My favorite was the scene where Nick Stahl and Claire Danes are joking around in the RV, and the Terminator tells them, "Your levity is good, it relieves tension and the fear of death."

Hahahahahahahaha. I love that scene.
