Default Target retail stores NOT carrying TMNT Blu?

Well after hitting the two Targets in the North Hollywood/Burbank area it's become clear that some Target stores, despite their heavy support for Blu-Ray are not carrying the TMNT disc in their stores on the release date. Anyone else noticing this?

Very prominent on the shelves were the Disturbia, Are We Done Yet, and Planet Earth (good move) discs but on asking employees at both Target locations, they did not receive nor were they expecting to carry the TMNT BD. (However, just as an aside of relief, the HD-DVD version is nowhere to be found in Targets either).

I can understand that Target has their exclusive two-disc deluxe edition that they really want to hype, and indeed to some it may seem excessive to have three versions of the same flick on the shelf but why not carry a title that there quite obviously is far more demand for than a B-title like Are We Done Yet?

Could it be they just didn't receive their shipments day-in-date? It just seems like an odd move?
