Default Overseas Editions that are better than US releases

A slight spin off of my thread located here:

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=128578

I am looking for films that had editions that were not up to snuff here in the US (for instance, Man on Fire in the UK retains all of the DVD extras or Terminator 3 has lossless audio). If anyone has any examples, please post them here.

There's a very good thread on that topic over @avs: Best version of movies with multiple releases

I could name a few titles too, but than again, they are all mentioned in that thread...

Awesome thanks for those...I hate vBulletin's search feature, since it almost never works.

Thumbs up

Let the Right One In U.K version had waaaay better features than the U.S edition. And better subtitles. The U.K version. did not, however, have lossless audio, but that has been fixed.

I can confirm this as I've just received my fixed copy from Amazon.co.uk which does have Swedish DTS-HD MA 5.1.

RE: Let The Right One In

Magnet is now shipping the Blu-ray Discs with proper English subtitles in the US but retailers need to replenish their stock with this edition. There is no replacement program for people who already bought it.
