Option to set country to US not working properly

The option to set the country to the US, for movies and deals, has not been working properly for a few days now. Clicking on the US flag did nothing (can't filter deals based on US only). The deals page was showing all titles based on all of the countries checked in the settings of my site preferences. I changed my site preferences for "show movies from" to the US only and it has temporarily fixed the issue of seeing deals only from the US. However, the "Latest Price Drops at Amazon" isn't working correctly either. For example, if i click on the Canadian flag my "Latest Price Drops..." changes to Canadian titles but if I click back on the US flag it still shows only CA titles. Next, if I click on the German flag it changes to German titles but if I click on the US flag it still shows DE titles. Therefore, it only appears to be an issue with setting a country to the US.
