yeah I know-- this has been debated about a billion times now-- it's a love it or hate it ending---
the way I see it is that there's enough negative in the world-- I don't dig being depressed/disturbed/angry by the ending of a movie...

I would have to say Needless Things, the ending was bad just like in the book(it builds and builds and was a disappoiinting and lousy ending).
and The Birds I didn'tike the ending as there was no reason given for them doing what they did.

I know I could probably think of many others, but The Mist had by far the most depressing and worst ending of a film I have ever seen. I left the theater near-suicidal (slight exaggeration).
