The Fountain has no PCM? :( - Blu-ray Forum

I just got The Fountain and didn't realize that there was no PCM track on it, only Dolby Digital. The movie looks amazing, just wish the audio was as strong. I was so used to how loud and clear it was in movies like Pirates and Black Hawk Down. Some of the scene in The Fountain would have been sooo cool with PCM.

Oh well, it was still an awesome movie, just had to turn the volume up louder to hear the dialogue. :P

The only release of "The Fountain", that has uncompressed audio is the UK-release. It has 24-bit DTS MA, but the movie's sound design is quite reserved, so the benefit from a lossless track would be quite small imo

Besides the UK release is handled by Fox, so its region coded B and wont play in a region A system^^

This movie still confuses the hell out of me. Life and death in science, religious and spiritual aspects or something?
