Sony BDP-S370 vs Panasonic DMP-BD65

So I moved across the country and sold my home entertainment system prior to moving, I previously had a Panasonic BD35k and am now in the market to pick up a blu-ray player this BF week.

I am trying to sort out whether to get the Sony or the Panasonic. I don't want to deal with any other brands, I don't trust the firmware update consistency/frequency of other brands.

Opinions?

Just an update, Amazon currently has the BD65 for $80 and the S370 is the Sony model that will be on sale during BF at various places for $100. So there is currently a $20 price difference.
