Default Different Blu-ray Disc?

Whenever I open up a new BD, I always look on the data side whether it's BD-25 or BD-50, denoted by BVSS or BVDL, respectively. However, when I looked at the 300 disc, there is no such indication, and the disc has no bar code like you would find on other discs. Note that I got this title from Amazon. Anyone else notice this?
