anyone know where to find the cine-explore track i can only find the audio tracks

When you go to the play movie option, you're asked whether or not you want the explore track.

is this referring to the 2-disc sin city release in UK? if os, I wonder what subtitiles are incl. on that version? (Im referring to the recut & extended 2-disc release now)
is it regular english on it or english SDH?

I am looking for the Sin City 2 disc special edition Blu-Ray with Dutch subtitles, but can't find it anywhere, so I'm guessing it just doesn't exist.

Anyone any idea when/if it gets released?
